I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 26, 2018 No. 404 "About approval of forms of information about payers of payment for use of water resources of superficial sources and subjects to taxation, their location, the issued permissions to special water use, the set water use limits, the changes made to permissions and limits of water use, about results of checks on observance of the water legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, judgments on appeal of results of checks on observance of the water legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, about payers of payment for use of fauna and subjects to taxation, about payers of payment for forest uses and subjects to taxation, about payers of payment for forest uses in case of decision making about withdrawal of the rare and being under the threat of disappearance types of plants from the environment, their parts or derivatives and subjects to taxation, about payers of payment for use of especially protected natural territories and subjects to taxation, about payers of payment for use of vegetable resources and subjects to taxation" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan at No. 16707) the following changes:

2. To provide to committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
