About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine

Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 26, 2014 No. 671 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 97, Art. 2796; 2016, No. 85, Art. 2781; 2019, No. 7, Art. 212, No. 90, Art. 3000; 2020, No. 49, Art. 1537; 2022, No. 47, the Art. 2601), the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine

1. In item 4:

1) to add Item with subitem 7-1 of the following content:

"7-1) approves the strategy of attraction, development and deduction of human capital in forces of defense of Ukraine;";

2) to add Item with subitem 8-1 of the following content:

"8-1) exercises military-political control of Armed Forces, process management in case of acceptance and implementation of decisions;";

3) to add Item with subitem 9-1 of the following content:

"9-1) performs functions of the main manager of budgetary funds;";

4) to add Item with subitem 11-1 of the following content:

"11-1) determines form and content of the requirement about discharge of duty (obligations) by the person liable for call-up, the reservist which goes the head of the territorial center of completing and social support;";

Subitems 12 and 13 to state 5) in the following edition:

"12) will organize development of offers on requirements for the special period of Armed Forces, other military forming which are included in the scheme of mobilization expansion, taking into account economic opportunities of the state;
