About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Moldova No. 2/2017

For the purpose of execution of provisions of the h. (2) I ORDER to Art. 69-12 of the Tax code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova of February 8, 2007, special release):

1. In the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 2/2017 on approval of the separate standard forms relating to the independent activities performed by physical persons and Methodical instructions about features of accounting of sales and purchases for tax purposes by the physical persons performing independent activities (Ofitsialny monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 9-18, of the Art. 37), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Appendix No. 9 to be reworded as follows 1), according to appendix No. 1 to this order;

To add 2) with appendices No. 10-12 according to appendices No. 2-4 to this order.

2. This order becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
