The paragraph of the eighth part one of Article 2 to state 1) in the following edition:
"entering of names of the dead in case of protection of the Fatherland forever in lists of staff of the military units, military professional educational organizations and military educational organizations of the higher education, in honourable lists studying and personnel structure of the general education organizations with the special names "presidential cadet school", "Suvorov Military School", "Nakhimov naval Naval School", "cadet (sea cadet) military case", "cadet school", "cadet (sea cadet) case", "Cossack military school" and the professional educational organizations with the special name "military and musical school", in honourable lists studying and personnel structure of other organizations performing educational activities, being under authority of federal state bodies specified regarding 1 article 81 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 to No. 273-FZ "About education in the Russian Federation". The procedure for entering of names of the dead in case of protection of the Fatherland forever in honourable lists of the studying and personnel structure, holding the rituals directed to perpetuating of their memory is determined by the federal state bodies specified regarding 1 article 81 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 to No. 273-FZ "About education in the Russian Federation" under which authority the relevant educational organizations are;";
Article 11 to add 2) with new part nine of the following content:
"The ministry of the Russian Federation for civil defense, to emergency situations and natural disaster response:
records the dead from among the military personnel and employees;
takes part in establishment of information about missing persons;
determines procedure for the edition of books of Memory in system of the Ministry.".
This Federal Law becomes effective after ninety days after day of its official publication.
