About approval of Regulations about the procedure of import/commodity exportation in/from free zones

Based on Item 483 of the Regulations on enforcement of the Customs code No. 95/2021, approved by the Order of the Government No. 92/2023 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2023, No. 93-96, the Art. 193), with subsequent changes, according to Art. 6 of h (9) the item g) the Law No. 302/2017 on Customs Service (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2018, No. 68-76, 143) I ORDER to the Art.:

1. Approve Regulations about the procedure of import/commodity exportation in/from free zones according to appendix.

2. To confer responsibility for execution of this order on chiefs of customs.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on Department of the income and customs control, Management of the organization of customs control and assistance to trade.

4. Declare invalid the Order of the director of Customs Service No. 512-O/2023 on approval of the Regulations on procedure for import/commodity exportation in/from free zones (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2023, No. 527-531, the Art. 1308).

5. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
