About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the paragraph third the subitem "b" of Item of 1 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning enhancement of the mechanism of investment attraction in upgrade of the generating objects of thermal power plants and carrying out additional selections of projects of upgrade of the generating objects of the thermal power plants using the innovative energy equipment approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 30, 2020 No. 1974 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning enhancement of the mechanism of investment attraction in upgrade of the generating objects of thermal power plants and carrying out additional selections of projects of upgrade of the generating objects of thermal power plants using the innovative energy equipment" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 49, the Art. 7944);

the subitem "b" of Item of 3 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 28, 2023 No. 1580 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation and recognition voided paragraphs two and the third subitem "v" of Item of 2 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning the address of capacity in the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 6, 2023 No. 164" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 40, the Art. 7240).
