1. Approve the enclosed Rules of initiation of the experimental modes for approbation of innovative projects.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1. These rules of initiation of the experimental modes (further - Rules) are developed for approbation of innovative projects according to Item 5 of article 241-10 of the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and determine procedure for initiation of the experimental modes for approbation of innovative projects, except for the experimental modes for approbation of the innovative projects in financial field of activity connected with concentration of financial resources and (or) payment services which are entered within specific mode of regulation according to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and "About state regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations".
