For the purpose of realization of Item 5.6 of the National development program of the Kyrgyz Republic till 2026 approved by the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic of October 12, 2021 No. 435, of further increase in share of cashless payments and calculations in the Kyrgyz Republic, increases in availability of digital banking services to the population according to Articles 5, of 9, "About National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic decides 41 and 64 constitutional Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1. Commercial banks and payment institutes from the date of entry into force of this resolution till December 31, 2025 are forbidden to levy commission fee (commissions) from clients - physical persons for rendering services in implementation of the money transfers in national currency in the Kyrgyz Republic which are carried out by means of mobile applications and Internet banking.
2. Determine that requirements of the regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic regulating collection of commission fee (commissions) for the rendered services extend to commercial banks and payment institutes in the part which is not contradicting this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective after one month from the date of official publication.
