In the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 1999 No. 1332 "About streamlining of calculations of the population for use of premises and utilities" (of April 28, 2000 606) it is provided in editions of the resolution No. that the payment of employers for use of premises in houses of the state housing stock, and also owners of premises and members of the organizations of citizens builders for maintenance of the apartment house is performed proceeding from total area of the premises occupied by them. The payment for use (maintenance) of premises within 20 sq.m of total area on each member of the family of the employer, the owner, the organization member of citizens builders including keeping right to use by premises and 10 sq.m of total area on all family is according to the rates made. The payment for use (maintenance) of other area is levied on normative cost of the operation of housing stock approved by regional executive committees, the Minsk Gorispolkom (Items 1. 1, 1.2).
