I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 24, 2023 No. 168 "About approval of forms of reporting documentation in the field of the address public assistance" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 32567) the following changes:

state preamble in the following edition:

"According to the paragraph of the subitem 5) of article 12 of the Social code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" I ORDER the second:";

13) of Item 1 to exclude the subitem;

16) of Item 1 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"16) the report on the held consultations for purpose of the government address public assistance according to appendix 16 to this order;";

exclude appendix 13;

1, of 2, of 3, of 4, of 5, of 6, of 7, of 8, of 9, of 10, of 11, of 12, of 14, of 15, of 16, of 17, of 18, of 19, 20 to be reworded as follows appendices according to appendices 1, of 2, of 3, of 4, of 5, of 6, of 7, of 8, of 9, of 10, of 11, of 12, of 13, of 14, of 15, of 16, of 17, of 18, 19 to this order.

2. To provide to department of the public assistance of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

It is approved Bureau of national statistics of the Agency on strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This explanation determines single requirements for forming of report form about appointment and payment of the government address public assistance (further – report form).

2. The main objective of maintaining this form of the report is implementation of monitoring of appointment and payment of the government address public assistance.

3. The monthly report on appointment and payment of the government address public assistance, in form approved by appendix 1 to this order is created is automated by "Center of Development of Manpower" joint-stock company and it is represented in the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan monthly to the 10th following the accounting period.

4. The report form is created is automated as of the first following the accounting period by means of the automated information system of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population. All indicators of the report are given by the accruing result since the beginning of the current year, at the same time each specific applicant (family), the family member is considered and joins in the report only once, irrespective of the number of their repeated requests for the government address public assistance during the accounting period.
