Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Rules of holding examinations on the right of control of vehicles and the issues of car driver licenses approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 24, 2014 No. 1097 "About the admission to control of vehicles" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 44, Art. 6063; 2019, No. 52, Art. 7974; 2023, No. 52, Art. 9623).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for Item of 3 changes approved by this resolution, No. 260-FZ which is becoming effective after 180 days after day of official publication of the Federal Law of August 8, 2024 "About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation".

Changes which are made to Rules of holding examinations on the right of control of vehicles and issues of car driver licenses

1. In paragraph one of Item 11 of the word "In the Case Specified in the Subitem "an" of Item 9" shall be replaced with words "In the cases specified in subitems "an" and "zh" of Item 9".

2. In Item 11 (the words "in subitems "b"-of Item 9" shall be replaced with words 1) "in subitems "b" - "е" Item 9".

3. Add Item 23 with the subitem "l" of the following content:
