About modification and the amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan directed to streamlining of the number of staff republican and local executive bodies

For the purpose of streamlining of the number of staff republican and local executive bodies, including reducing number of deputy managers of the ministries and departments which are part of economic complex by further increase in management efficiency in them, within implementation of administrative reforms of New Uzbekistan and creation of the compact system of public administration meeting the modern requirements:

1. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix providing:

streamlining of the number of staff of some republican and local executive bodies;

reducing number of deputy managers of the ministries and departments which are part of economic complex.

2. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.

Changes and additions made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 25, 2023 No. UP-14 "About First-priority Organizational Measures for Effective Establishing Activities of Republican Executive Bodies":

a) in Item 8:

add with the paragraph the fifth the following content:

"The raising coefficients applied to official pay rate of workers according to the approved grades of the Single scale of charges in compensation established for the ministries and departments are applied only to managerial and production personnel";

the fifth - the seventh to consider paragraphs paragraphs the sixth - the eighth respectively;
