About modification of the Regulations on voluntary forming of territorial communities

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in Regulations on voluntary forming of territorial communities, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of December 29, 2021 No. 1449 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 10, the Art. 517, No. 62, the Art. 3742), the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to Regulations on voluntary forming of territorial communities

1. State Item 12 in the following edition:

"12. The bases for disbandment of voluntary forming are:

1) the decision of the Commander of Sil of territorial defense of Armed Forces on disbandment of voluntary forming on condition of failure to carry out or inadequate accomplishment by voluntary forming of the tasks of territorial defense provided by part three of article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About bases of national resistance" and Item 2 this provision accepted on the basis:

the official report of the commander of military unit Sil of territorial defense of Armed Forces to which voluntary forming submits;

statements of the commander of the voluntary forming approved by the commander of military unit Sil of territorial defense of Armed Forces to whom the corresponding voluntary forming, in case of impossibility of accomplishment of the requirement determined by the subitem 2 presents of Item and ensuring competence of general meeting of voluntary forming submits;

the message of ordering (commander) of group of troops (forces) or group of the integrated forces and/or the commander of military unit under whose authority voluntary forming is placed;
