About first-priority measures for reforming of management system migratory processes

For the purpose of increase in process performance of implementation of temporary labor activity abroad, implementations of single vertical management system in this sphere, and also determinations of specific objectives and obligations of responsible state bodies:

1. Agree with offers of the Cabinet of Ministers about:

renaming of the Republican commission on questions of external labor migration into the Republican commission on migration and statement of its updated structure according to appendix No. 1;

the termination of activities of the Agency of external labor migration under the Ministry of employment and reducing poverty and formation of the Agency of migration under the Cabinet of Ministers (further - the Agency);

to transfer to the Agency of Fund of support and protection of the rights and interests of the citizens performing labor activity abroad and education on its base of Fund of migration (further - Fund) without the status of the legal entity.

2. Approve:

The main activities of the Agency of migration according to appendix No. 2;

Organizational structure of the Agency of migration according to appendix No. 3;

Sources of forming and the direction of use of fund of migration according to appendix No. 4;

Sources of forming and the direction of use of means of the Agency of migration according to appendix No. 5.

3. Determine that:

The agency is the authorized republican executive body realizing state policy in the field of implementation of external labor migration, coordinating activities of state bodies and rendering the state services in this sphere;

Agency accountably directly to the Cabinet of Ministers and Republican commission on migration;
