About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning licensing of banks
According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 42, of 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for licensing of banks and approval of heads of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine banks decide:
1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on licensing of banks approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 22, 2018 No. 149 (with the enclosed changes).
2. In Item 3 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 02, 2024 "About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine" (with changes) figures and the word "November 04" to replace No. 54 with figures and the word "December 31".
3. To department of methodology of regulation of activities of banks (Oksana Prisyazhenko) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.
4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
