About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on investment of separate state bodies with competences in the field of counteraction to terrorism

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About subordinated divisions of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 21, 2021 No. 33 the following changes:
in Regulations on Service of execution of punishments under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 12:
add subitem 2 with the paragraph of the following content:
"-performs the prevention, identification, suppression of terrorist activities in penal institutions;";
add subitem 4 with paragraphs of the following content:
"-will organize carrying out complex of educational, propaganda and other measures for the purpose of forming at persons serving sentence, anti-terrorist opinion;
- creates conditions for correction and resocialization of persons serving sentence for crimes of terrorist nature;".
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 5, 2021 No. 72 the following change:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- to add the subitem 1 of Item 10 with the paragraph of the following content:
