About modification of the Evaluation procedure of condition of security of the state information resources in information, electronic communication and information and communication systems

According to Item of 41 part one of article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine", subitems 30 and 95-7 of item 4 of the Regulations on Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 03, 2014 No. 411, I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Evaluation procedure of the condition of security of the state information resources in information, electronic communication and information and communication systems approved by the order of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine of December 02, 2014 No. 660, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 28, 2015 at No. 90/26535, the following changes:

in Item 7 shall be replaced with words the word of Gosspetssvyaz "The state center of cyberprotection of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine (further - Gosspetssvyaz DTsKZ)";

in Item 8 of the word "The chairman of Gosspetssvyaz or his deputy for activity according to distribution of functional obligations" shall be replaced with words "the chief of DTsKZ of Gosspetssvyaz";

to replace the subitem 1 of Item 9 with two new subitems 1, 2 following of content:
