According to the subitem "an" of subitem 97.2 of Item 97 of subsection 2 of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
2. To provide to the State Tax Service and the State Customs Service within powers monthly electronic information exchange. Recommend to National Bank to provide within powers monthly electronic information exchange with the State Tax Administration.
3. Provide to the State Tax Service determination of the list of taxpayers at whom by results of transactions on export out of limits of customs area of Ukraine in customs regime of export of separate types of goods during the previous 12 calendar months (till November 11, 2024 - for the actual available period since November 11, 2023) the amount (share) of uncollected money on transactions on export of separate types of goods by which the bank (banks) did not complete currency supervision of observance by the payer of resident tax of the deadlines of calculations established by National Bank (after their termination) does not exceed 20 percent of total amount of transactions on export out of limits of customs area of Ukraine in customs regime of export of separate types of goods concerning which the deadlines of calculations established by National Bank ended.
