About some questions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Create republican public institution "Management of sanitary and epidemiologic control of the district Sarayshyk of the city of Astana of Department of sanitary and epidemiologic control of the city of Astana of Committee of sanitary and epidemiologic control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
2. Determine that financing of the republican public institution specified in Item 1 of this resolution is performed for the account and within the means provided in the republican budget on content of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 17, 2017 No. 71 "About some questions of the Ministries of Health and national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following amendment:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
the list of the state companies and public institutions - territorial subdivisions of Committee of sanitary and epidemiologic control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
add with Item 186-2 of the following content:
"186-2. Management of sanitary and epidemiologic control of the district Sarayshyk of the city of Astana of Department of sanitary and epidemiologic control of the city of Astana of Committee of sanitary and epidemiologic control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.".
4. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
