According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan from 16 August, 1995 No. UP-1213 "About Increase in the Sizes of Pensions, Benefits, Grants and the Salary in Budgetary Institutions and the Organizations of the Republic" I order:
1. Approve Regulations on special fund of material stimulation of employees of budgetary institutions and the organizations according to appendix No. 1*.
* Appendices No. 1 are given in Uzbek.
2. Recognize invalid some departmental regulatory legal acts according to appendix No. 2.
3. This order is approved by the Ministry of employment and reducing poverty of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
