About modification and amendments in some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, heads of the central state bodies to take other measures for implementation of this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.

Change and additions which are made to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 31, 2000 No. 427 "About measures for improvement of work of the state apparatus, fight against bureaucracy and reducing document flow":

add Item 1-1 with parts two and third the following content:

"Increase in limits of the number of staff is made by redistribution of vacant established posts between state bodies according to the procedure, determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, except for the following cases:

need of response to state of emergency imposed by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

creation of the central state bodies or their departments;

change of the administrative-territorial device according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the administrative-territorial device of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

in other cases - at the request of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
