About entering of amendment into the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 1, 2014 No. 662 "About approval of regulations on departments, territorial authorities and charters of educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 1, 2014 No. 662 "About approval of regulations on departments, territorial authorities and charters of educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 9792), the following amendment:

add Item 1 with subitem 54-1) of the following content:

"54-1) Charter of republican public institution "Academy of Regional Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan", according to appendix 54-1 to this order;

add with appendix 54-1 according to appendix 1 to this order.

2. To the chief of Regional Offices of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to take measures for registration of the Charter in judicial authority in the established legislation procedure;

2) to organize studying of the Charter by staff and to provide management with them in practical activities;

3) to take the measures following from this order.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Department of personnel policy.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its signing.
