About prolongation of action of anti-dumping measure concerning the galvanized steel coming from People's Republic of China and Ukraine and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union
According to the paragraph the fifth Item 109 of the Protocol on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries (appendix No. 8 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Board of the Eurasian economic commission SOLVED:
1. Extend till September 1, 2025 inclusive action of the anti-dumping measure established by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 3, 2019 No. 209 "About application of anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of anti-dumping duty concerning the galvanized steel coming from People's Republic of China and Ukraine and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union".
2. To the state bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union authorized in the field of customs affairs, from the effective date this Decision till September 1, 2025 inclusive:
provide collection of anti-dumping duty at the rates established by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 3, 2019 No. 209, according to the procedure established for collection of preliminary anti-dumping duties;
not collect anti-dumping duties on condition of submission of the manufacturer's certificate of origin according to Item 2 of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 3, 2019 No. 209.
3. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than January 5, 2025.
