1. Extend till November 18, 2029 inclusive action of the anti-dumping measure established by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of March 26, 2019 No. 43, concerning the cast aluminum rims imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union coming from People's Republic of China and classified by code 8708 70 500 9 of the CN FEA EEU.

2. To state bodies of the states "members of the Eurasian Economic Union, authorized in the field of customs affairs:

provide collection of anti-dumping duty in the sizes provided by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of March 26, 2019 No. 43;

provide implementation of offsetting of the amounts of the anti-dumping duty paid (collected) according to Decision Board of the Eurasian economic commission of March 19, 2024 No. 23 according to the procedure established for collection of preliminary anti-dumping duties to anti-dumping duty and transfer into the single account of authorized body of that state" the member of the Eurasian Economic Union in which it was paid it (is collected).
