About change of the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of November 4, 2022 No. 112

1. Bring on representation of the Ministry of Health in the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of November 4, 2022 No. 112 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1 psychiatry (Ministry of Health) "The report on diseases of mental disturbances, disorders of behavior (except the diseases connected with the use of psychoactive agents) and the contingents of observed patients" and instructions for its filling" the following changes:
1.1. in the form of the state statistical reporting 1 psychiatry (Ministry of Health) "The report on diseases of mental disturbances, disorders of behavior (except the diseases connected with the use of psychoactive agents) and the contingents of observed patients", approved by this resolution:
in the name of column 8 of table 3 of the Section III and line 141 of table 6 of the Section IV of the word "stationary organizations of social servicing" shall be replaced with words "the organizations of social servicing performing stationary social servicing";
in line 174 of table 8 of the Section V of the word "stationary organizations of social servicing" shall be replaced with words "the organizations of social servicing performing stationary social servicing";
to exclude column 7 of table 10 of the Section VII;
1.2. in Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1 psychiatry (Ministry of Health) "The report on diseases of mental disturbances, disorders of behavior (except the diseases connected with the use of psychoactive agents) and the contingents of observed patients", approved by this resolution:
