1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of November 21, 2022 No. 143 "About holding testing certification and issue of the certificate on certification of person rendering legal services" the following changes:
in preamble of the word "11 Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of October 31, 2001 No. 1605" shall be replaced with words "12 Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of July 26, 2024 No. 545";
in the Instruction about procedure for holding testing certification, issue of the certificate on certification of person rendering legal services, introduction in it of changes, prolongation of effective period, the issue of the duplicate, cancellation (cancellation) of the certificate and pronouncement of the warning to the owner of the certificate approved by this resolution:
in item 4:
the second to exclude part;
from part three of the word "or the documents processed with violation of the requirements established by part two of this Item" to exclude;
third of Item 7 to exclude part;
in Item 9 of the word "there is specialist" shall be replaced with words "presence of the specialist is allowed";
