1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for establishment and use of regulated prices (rates) approved by the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of August 6, 2021 No. 55, the following changes:
add Item 2 with words ", in case of price regulation (rates) for goods (works, services) the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade according to the paragraph the fourth the Section "Ministry of Anti-monopoly Regulation and Trade" of appendix 1 to the Decree No. 72";
in Item 21:
in part two of the word "and also expenses on fee of third parties, individual entrepreneurs on the goods delivery" shall be replaced with words "expenses on fee of third parties, individual entrepreneurs on the goods delivery, and also in case of state regulation of goods prices by marginal establishment of maximum prices - expenses on shipping package and the container used in transit goods (at the acquisition price)";
