1. 2) by initial training of dispatchers of Department of Internal Affairs from persons who do not have aviation education, the total amount of preparation constitutes at least 600 class periods according to appendix 79 to these Standard programs;

3) initial training of dispatchers of Department of Internal Affairs is carried out as according to the comprehensive program including basic preparation and preparation on all qualification marks, and according to the modular program allowing to divide basic preparation and preparation on each qualification mark;

4) in case of initial training of specialists PVD or the Briefing from faces of aircrew, the total amount of preparation constitutes at least 80 class periods, according to the directions of preparation, the dispatchers brought for the program of maintenance of professional level the Briefing and/or PVD according to appendix 79-1 to these Standard programs;
