About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. the second subitem 7.2 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the State register of payers (other obliged persons) approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 4, 2004 No. 230, to state part in the following edition:

"Concerning the foreign organizations which opened the representations in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, the foreign legal entities who opened the branches in the territory of the Republic of Belarus the State register also shall contain the following data:

The regulations on procedure for maintaining the register of representative offices of the foreign organizations and branches of foreign legal entities (are applied).";
