About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 16, 2005 No. 1466 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for recalculation of payment for some types of utilities and suspension (renewal) of rendering utilities":

in Item 1:

exclude the word "enclosed";

add Item with the word "(is applied)";

in Regulations on the procedure for recalculation of payment for some types of utilities and suspension (renewal) of rendering utilities approved by this resolution:

in part one of Item 2 of the word "charge of payment for housing and communal services" shall be replaced with words "accounting, calculation and charge of payment for housing and communal services and payments for use of premises";

to state part one of Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. If the citizen left the permanent residence for the term of over 10 days in a row on the bases according to appendix 1, recalculation of payment for some types of utilities (the address with solid utility waste, cold and hot water supply, water disposal (sewerage), gas supply is made in case of absence at consumers of devices of individual accounting of consumption of water and gas (further – utilities), and also expense recovery for the electric power consumed for operation of the elevator, but no more than in three years.";

"6. Recalculation of payment for utilities, and also expense recovery for the electric power consumed for operation of the elevator according to Item part one 3 this provision are made based on the petition from the citizen and other documents specified in Item 1.2 of the list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations for petitions from citizens, No. 200 approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 26, 2010.

The statement and documents specified in part one of this Item are represented no later than seven calendar days from the date of return of the citizen to the residence.";

add the Provision with Item 7 of the following content:

"7. The reference for recalculation of payment for some types of the utilities, expense recovery of the organizations performing operation of housing stock and (or) providing housing and communal services on the electric power consumed for operation of the elevator in form according to appendix 2 is issued by the organization performing operation of housing stock and (or) providing housing and communal services, other organization performing charge of payment for housing and communal services and payments for use of premises, rural executive committee according to subitem 1.3.6 of Item 1.3 of the list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations for petitions from citizens.";

lease contracts (sublease) of non-residential premises according to appendix 2;
