2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov and the adviser to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. B. Kadirov.

1. In the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 15, 2017 No. PP-3060 "About the organization of activities of Fund of development of Bureau of forced execution":
a) in Item 3:
in paragraph three of the word "Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan" shall be replaced with words "the deputy minister of economy and finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan";
in paragraph five of the word "with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan" shall be replaced with words "with the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan";
in the subitem "an" of Item 31 of the word of "Ministry of Finance" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Economics and finance";
