The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Conduct from December 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 in the territory of the Russian Federation experiment on implementation of monitoring of the Russian producers of the goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification, with use of the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods, subject to obligatory marking by means of identification (further respectively - information system of monitoring, experiment).

2. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on carrying out in the territory of the Russian Federation experiment on implementation of monitoring of the Russian producers of the goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification, with use of the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods, subject to obligatory marking by means of identification;

the inventory concerning which producers the experiment on implementation of monitoring of the Russian producers of the goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification is made, with use of the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods, subject to obligatory marking by means of identification.

3. Determine that the federal executive bodies authorized on ensuring carrying out experiment are the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance, Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare, Federal Accreditation Service and Federal State Statistics Service (further - authorized bodies).
