If necessary according to the decision of the applicant the documents and (or) data confirming the specified information can be enclosed to the application.

2. The application shall be signed by the applicant or the authorized representative of the applicant (with application of documents, confirming powers of the representative) and is sent for consideration to the Bank of Russia on paper or in electronic form through the Section "Internet and Reception of the Bank of Russia" on the official site of the Bank of Russia on the Internet (further respectively - Internet network, the website of the Bank of Russia).
