For the purpose of implementation of article 29 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About production wastes and consumption", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

1) the Payment procedure of utilization collection according to appendix 1;

2) rates of utilization collection on each group of goods, packing group of the goods which are subject to conversion after loss of consumer properties by them according to appendix 2.

2. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
