About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of public administration in the field of maintaining hunting economy, reproduction, protection and rational use of the wild animals belonging to subjects to hunting I decide:

1. Make changes to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 21, 2018 No. 112 "About hunting and maintaining hunting economy" (appendix).

2. In six-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.

3. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:

Item 1 - in six months after official publication of this Decree;

other provisions - after official publication of this Decree.

The changes made to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 21, 2018 No. 112

1. In the Rules of hunting approved by the Decree:

1.1. in Item 2:

after the paragraph of the sixth to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:

"wounded bird dobor - hunting for the purpose of implementation of actions for production of wounded animal (wounded bird);";

the sixteenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"young growth - fingerling of hoofed hunting animal, bear and lynx, and also individual of boar, bison and bear aged from one up to two years;";

after the paragraph of the thirty first to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:

"wounded bird - the hunting animal wounded in the course of hunting with use of tools of hunting;";
