PRESIDENTIAL DECREE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About certification of persons holding the positions included in the personnel register of the Head of state of the Republic of Belarus

(as amended of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 03.04.2025 No. 141)

1. Approve:

The regulations on carrying out certification of persons holding the positions included in the personnel register of the Head of state of the Republic of Belarus (are applied);

the structure of certifying commission in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus (is applied).

2. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, regional, Minsk city to executive committees to take measures for implementation of this Decree.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this Decree on Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus.

4. Recognize invalid presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).

5. This Decree becomes effective since January 1, 2025.

1. The presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 14, 2005 No. 122 "About carrying out certification of leading employees of state bodies and other organizations whose positions are included in the personnel register of the Head of state of the Republic of Belarus".

2. Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 10, 2005 No. 271 "About modification and amendments in presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus of July 26, 2004 No. 354 and of March 14, 2005 No. 122".
