About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of activities of the state security agencies I decide:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 10, 2022 No. 355 "About Academy of homeland security" the following changes:

1.1. for office use;

1.2. in the Charter of Academy of homeland security of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Decree:

the second Item 17 to state part in the following edition:

"Features of creation and functioning of institutes without the right of the legal entity, faculties and departments of the NSA are determined by Committee for State Security.";

state Item 21 in the following edition:

"21. The number of staff of the NSA is determined by the staff list approved by the Chairman of Committee for State Security.";
