About establishment of basic prices for raw milk

For the purpose of implementation of the resolution of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic "On regulation of purchase prices on milk" of March 14, 2024 No. 1950-VII, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for establishment of the basic price for raw milk according to appendix.

2. Determine that the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution are performed at the expense of means of the involved ministries and departments of the Kyrgyz Republic provided for the corresponding years in the republican budget.

3. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.

Procedure for establishment of the basic price for raw milk

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Procedure for establishment of the basic price for raw milk (further - the Procedure) determines procedures by which state bodies and local government bodies, business entities and other interested persons in case of establishment of the basic price for raw milk are guided.

2. In this Procedure the following terms are applied:

1) the milk-processing plant - the plant (the workshop, the company) making finished dairy products;

2) subjects on collection of raw milk - the physical, legal entities performing activities for collection of raw milk;
