Article 1

1) in Article 2:

a) state part 1.1 in the following edition:

"1.1. At least 50 percent of shares plus one ordinary share of single institute of development in the housing sphere are in property of the Russian Federation, including in case of acquisition of development by single institute in the housing sphere of the status of public joint stock company according to the procedure, No. 208-FZ provided by the Federal Law of December 26, 1995 "About joint-stock companies". Features of implementation on behalf of the Russian Federation of shareholder rights of single institute of development in the housing sphere are determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.";
