In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About copyright and the related rights" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1997, No. 3, Article 167 (Volume I) in Item 6 parts one of Article 19 the word of "blind people" shall be replaced with words "persons with complete violation of sight".
Article 2. In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About library science" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 3, Article 158 (Volume I) Article 6 part two in paragraph four the word of "blind people" shall be replaced with words "persons with complete violation of sight".
Article 3. In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About formation (vocational education) of persons with limited opportunities of health" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2001, No. 7, Article 442 (Volume I); 2024, No. 6 (the book I), Article 643) to make the following changes to Article 7:
3.1. in Article 7.0.1 of the word "limitation, including hearing-impaired" shall be replaced with words "or severable breach";
3.2. in Article 7.0.2 of the word "limitation, including hearing-impaired" shall be replaced with words "or severable breach".
