The paragraph sixty third the subitem "v" of Item of 14 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning implementation of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 1, 2021 No. 2151 "About change and recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning implementation of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" (Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 50, Art. 8544), to declare invalid.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2025, except for the subitem "v", paragraphs of the seventh, eighteenth - the twenty sixth, thirty sixth - the fortieth and fiftieth subitem "d", paragraphs of the fourth and fifth subitem "e" of Item of 10 changes approved by this resolution which become effective since July 1, 2025.
