Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, in connection with implementation of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 19, 2023 No. 2109 "About the additional measures connected with enhancement of management in the field of road transport in the administrative territory of the city of Baku", I decide:
4. In approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 12, 2018 No. 1785 (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2018, No. 1, Article 41 (volume I); 2024, No. 2, Article 155; The Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 6, 2024 No. 88) "Regulations On the Ministry of digital development and transport of the Azerbaijan Republic" to make the following changes:
4.1. To exclude the words "except as specified, determined by the President of the Azerbaijan Republic" from Item 3.0.14;
4.2. In subitem 3.0.16 of the word "make in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic offers concerning rules, the program and term" shall be replaced with words "determine procedure, the program and term";
4.3. Add with subitems 3.0.16-1-3.0.16-4 of the following content:
