Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, I decide:

6. In approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 12, 2018 No. 1785 (Collection of the Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2018, No. 1, Article 41; 2019, No. 1, Article 95, No. 6, Article 1027, No. 11, Article 1702, No. 12, Article 1929, No. 3, Article; 231, No. 4, Article 1044; 2021, No. 6, Article 1356, 1430, No. 5, Article 1264; 499) "Regulations on the Ministry of digital development and transport of the Azerbaijan Republic" to make the following changes:

6.1. Add with subitem 2.0.2-1 of the following content:

"2.0.2-1. performs tariff policy on issues, connected with the respective sphere, except as specified, determined by the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;";

6.2. In subitem 3.0.7 of the word "participation in forming of tariff policy on issues, belonging to the respective sphere, introduction of offers on the rates regulated by the state in this sphere" shall be replaced with words "approve rates and service fee in the cases determined by the legislation in the respective area and also the rates provided by the list of the prices (rates) for the goods (works, services) regulated by the state taking into account the conclusion of the Ministry of Economics of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic".
