About approval of the register of the performed works by authorized state body in the field of architectural and construction activities, housing and communal services

For the purpose of legal regulation of the performed works by the State agency of architecture, construction and housing and communal services under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the register of the performed works by authorized state body in the field of architectural and construction activities, housing and communal services according to appendix.

2. Determine that:

1) the price list of the prices (cost) of the performed works affirms authorized state body in the field of architectural and construction activities, housing and communal services in coordination with authorized state antimonopoly authority of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2) the cost of the performed works specified in Items 3-64 of the register of the performed works by authorized state body in the field of architectural and construction activities, housing and communal services approved by Item 1 of this resolution is created according to estimate regulating documents;

3) the cost of the performed works is established by Department of town planning and architecture under the State agency of architecture, construction and housing and communal services under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on preparation of the design estimates and project documentation on contractual basis.

3. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
