Bring in the Order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 25, 2015 No. 883 "About approval of Rules of subsidizing at the expense of budgetary funds of losses of the carriers connected with implementation of socially important transportations of passengers" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 12353) the following changes:

In case of recognition of tenders for the right of servicing of routes not taken place two times, on absence reason of applicants, the local executive body submits for consideration of the Commission calculations for the rate for route determined according to the Technique by form according to appendix 2 to these rules, and when implementing transportations along route which cost is determined according to Chapter 4 of these rules, proceeding from general annual run of vehicles by route (kilometer), calculations for route cost for form, according to appendix 3 to these rules.";
