1. In appendix to the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 40/4/2018 on approval and modification of some regulations (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, No. 377 – 383, the Art. 1481), registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 1361 of September 27 2018, to make the following changes:

To add 1) in Item 17 after words of "Stock exchange of Moldova" with words "(further – FBM)";

2) in Item 18 of the word "to the article II of the Law No. 163/2007 on modification and amendments in the Join-stock companies law No. 1134-XIII of April 2, 1997 (further – the Law No. 163/2007)" shall be replaced with words "parts (9) Article 12 of the Join-stock companies law No. 1134/1997 (further – the Law No. 1134/1997)";

3) in Item 19 of the word "Item b) parts (3) articles II of the Law No. 163/2007 "shall be replaced with words" of Item b) parts (9) article 12 of the Law No. 1134/1997";

Item 20 to state 4) in the following edition:

"20. If securities are not admitted to trading in the controlled market and/or MTC, they are registered temporarily on these markets without observance of the procedure of the admission established by the corresponding Rules only for the purpose of alienation.
