No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Create digitalization Agency in justice and judicial administration, the administrative authority subordinated to the Ministry of Justice, as a result of reorganization by merging (connection) of the Agency on administration of degrees of jurisdiction and the Agency of legal information resources.

2. Establish the extreme number of staff of the Agency on digitalization in justice and judicial administration in number of 63 established posts with the annual salary fund according to the legislation.

3. The digitalization agency in justice and judicial administration is successor of the rights and obligations of the Agency on administration of degrees of jurisdiction and the Agencies of legal information resources.

4. The property of the Agency on administration of degrees of jurisdiction and the Agency of legal information resources is transferred to digitalization Agency in justice and judicial administration according to the Regulations on procedure for cession of property of state-owned property approved by the Resolution of the Governments No. 901/2015.
