Based on part (2) article 21 of the Law No. 57/2006 on grapes and wine (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 64-68, 193), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

This resolution shifts Regulations (EU) 2019/935 of April 16, 2019 about enforcement establishing rules of application of Regulations (EU) No. 1308/2013 of the European parliament and Council concerning analysis methods for determination of physical and chemical and organoleptic characteristics of wine-making products and the notification on solutions of state members concerning increase in natural fortress of alcohol (number CELEX: 32019R0935), published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 149 of June 7, 2019.

1. Quality and safety of wine-making products determine by analysis methods which allow:

1) to determine structure of wine-making products;

2) to find application of not authorized enologichesky methods.

2. For determination of physical and chemical characteristics of wine-making products are used:

1) the analysis methods established by regulations in the field of wine-making products or standards of the Republic of Moldova;

2) the analysis methods recommended by the International organization of wine growing and winemaking and published in the last edition of regulations of this organization; or

3) the analysis methods recommended by the International Organization for Standardization.

3. The analysis method on allyl isothiocyanate availability in wine-making products is given in appendix.

4. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 708/2011 about approval of the Technical regulation "Analysis Methods in the field of Production of Wines" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 164-165, 804), with subsequent changes.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the National agency on safety of foodstuff.
