2. Declare invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of realization of system of voluntary certification, marking of products and services on compliance to standards of "Halalas" in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 12, 2017 No. 554;

2) the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of realization of system of voluntary certification, marking of products and services on compliance to standards of "Halalas" in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 12, 2017 No. 554" of December 29, 2022 No. 719.

3. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective from the date of entry into force of part 2 of article 6 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About halalas industry in the Kyrgyz Republic".
