About modification and amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

For the purpose of reducing the terms which are the basis for recognition of subjects of entrepreneurship not performing financial and economic activities, and further simplification of procedure for their liquidation, expansion of application of procedure for mutual accounting of the tax amounts on value added paid in case of commodity import and sales of goods (services), and also acceleration of processes of obligatory digital marking:

1. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix providing:

enhancement of criteria of determination of the subjects of entrepreneurship which are not performing financial and economic activities;

optimization of indicators of development evaluation of newly created subjects of entrepreneurship;

application of procedure for mutual accounting of the tax amounts on value added paid in case of commodity import and sales of goods (services) to the subjects of entrepreneurship referred to category "BBB";

implementation of sales activity of domestic beer production according to the procedure of the notification of authorized body.

2. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
